In a manufacturing plant, keeping track of production and material movement is a meticulous task. As a solution, implementing MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) may not be affordable for SMEs. e-Alerta from Kalycito is a cost-effective, IoT platform for Indian SMEs, which is available at a price as low as Rs. 2500 per month. With this product, manufacturing industries can eliminate manual log sheets with round the clock automatic data collection and instant alerts. In addition, clients can benefit from customizable SMS alerts, email reports, SaaS dashboards' consolidated reports and micro analysis graphs for specific customer needs within half a day from installation. As the implementation size grows, e-Alerta offers scalable approaches to consolidate live data from different parts of the factory into reports and also exchange data with other ERP systems.

With commendable experience on industrial Ethernet and IoT technologies, the 2007 founded Kalycito has an internal competence to build software right from firmware, operating system, big data and analytics technologies. It primarily serves SMEs across different sectors like remote monitoring, buildings, food processing, textile industries, metal working industries, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) & component manufacturing. The product today has been successfully utilized by restaurants to monitor their kitchens to large auto component manufacturers and so on.
