'Instigate Values by Service Integration' is what Peeyush Vibhakar and Neel Shah had in mind when they established Insight Business Machines Pvt. Ltd. The journey which began in 1992 was primarily driven by the initiative of Peeyush and Neel, Co-Founders, who owned a noble thought of providing efficient, cost effective and cutting edge technologies for Systems Integration, Infrastructure Consolidation and Networking. Since then, Insight has been in the field of Computing Technology and has established a niche for itself in the IT sector as a complete solution provider. Today, the firm has earned revenue of more than INR 700 million. "We have invested INR 55 millions in creating infrastructure and developing specialized Task Force (Technology Consulting Team) Pan India for better services and reachability to our customers. We are growing profitability year over year," says Peeyush.

Peeyush explains that there are numerous customers who are looking up to Insight for flexible and operable solutions. For more than seven years, Insight has been a Microsoft Gold Partner. "Under the banner of Microsoft, we provide infrastructure products, which typically range from operating systems, windows servers, Office 365, SQL servers, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync and many More. As Insight, we primary use Microsoft Navision ERP and MS Dynamics CRM for Internal Use which is significantly contributing to our Growth and thrust in MS products. We provide more solutions which are predominantly from Active Directory, Exchange scenario, Virtualization, Office 365 other Microsoft work load integration services," he says.

At present, as Peeyush explicates, there is a more to extract from core solution of active directory and other offerings like visualization, which is believed to be the backbone of the solutions. This inadequacy of alertness disables customers to extract the best outputs from active directory as well as other product lines. Although there is a fair focus on Office 365, there are unique offerings whose capabilities can contribute great business value to enterprise and mid size companies. In such a scenario, Insight tries to provide a complete set of capabilities outlook of each of the workload to ensure good returns on investments to the customers. Apart from active directory and exchange services where Insight helps to protect data with advanced capabilities, it also provides Microsoft Share Point services that facilitate team collaboration, implement business processes automation through workflows, among others.

Insight also meticulously contributes towards innovation. Currently, the company is setting up their cloud network to help customers migrate their existing workload to cloud both Insight's as well as others. It also provides managed services on proactive and reactive basis.

In the years to come, Peeyush and his current team of 170 employees, plans to concentrate on collaboration and conferencing parts of Microsoft workloads and enterprise social, one of the highly focused verticals of Microsoft. Security will also be a prime area of focus pertinent to Insight's future frame. "We are planning to discuss with Microsoft about leveraging their existing security products," concludes Peeiyush.
