Looking at the velocity in which the rules of the business world are changing, outsourcing has always been the prime concern of any business that provides multi-dimensional services and look at different vendors to back its long term business objectives. Outsourcing in 2015 saw a gradual shift from a customer as well as vendor's perspective and the upcoming trends seem to bring more challenges in terms of customer expectations, data security, adaption of cloud, and not to ignore the "costs". Whatever be the case, a business organization cannot overlook the advantages that can be derived from outsourcing, especially when it chooses a right partner. Lee Kuan Yew, Former Prime Minister of Singapore, once rightly mentioned, "If you deprive yourself of outsourcing and your competitors do not, you're putting yourself out of business."

In the age of globalization, any organization faces numerous competitive pressures that includes limited flexibility at local delivery setups, lack of competitive talent pool, rising cost, disintegrated delivery process, change management concerning to area by area transformation focusing on implementing standardized approach (roles, processes, performance management) and so on. The journey of an organization through these challenges to its goals is the risk that Kalpavruksh Technologies, a Mumbai headquartered company is determined to deal with. Being the pioneers of software development outsourcing, the organization is spread across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany and India. Martin Dommerby, Managing Director, Kalpavruksh Technologies, says, "Our endeavor is to connect the gaps worldwide by bringing the best of what people can provide in terms of skills, expertise, and knowledge to real business problems that need solutions. While we specialize in handling software development, research, cost cutting, and also in specific tools such as CRM, we are very much a flat company with our hearts in microprocessors and hands on top of machines."

Kalpavruksh - Tree of Desire

Kalpavruksh is a Patni Group company, an information technology behemoth in India with development centre in Mumbai. Truly living up to its name which means Tree of Desire, the organization strives to do everything in its power to get clients' wishes and goals fulfilled. Martin further states, "Our unique outsourcing delivery model exists to bring in efficiency and cost cutting to the ever-growing need for software development, software development management, outsourcing management, and more. We take ownership with a proactive stance to ensure transfer of knowledge within timeframes available for us. Talk deadlines and we meet them all the time, every time."

Narrowing down its focus further, Kalpavruksh is highly active in Denmark serving the Danish market since 2005. Being wholly entrenched into the Danish culture, the company brings a global yet local outlook in its services. Kalpavruksh Technologies Denmark A/S was established in the fall of 2012 with a focus to serve Danish businesses. Since then, it has delivered solutions to over 50 customers in Denmark in over 100 engagements. Some of the clients served include renowned names such as KMD, Adecco, AlfaPeople, Gavdi, PWC, and Ramboll Informatik. "Denmark is on our back bone and part of our DNA. Focused processes and culturally sensitized," adds Martin.

Services Offered

-MS CRM
Kalpavruksh envisions being MS CRM partners' pro centre for implementing, staging, testing, and applying Microsoft Dynamics CRM including ongoing support, development, and debugging so that its clients can focus on running their company while Kalpavruksh would take care of the rest. Reasoned to the same, organization's clients enjoy flexible capacity and a more cost effective delivery setup and can focus own resources on more value adding tasks. The 2012 founded company considers each client engagement to be strategically imperative and an important cornerstone in its growing MS CRM practice. "Each of our clients is at the top of our precedence which means we prioritize them and make our best talent available to them," adds Martin. He also shares an instance where the company helped AlfaPeople, one of the largest Microsoft Dynamic partners in the world with more than 400 employees in 14 countries. When AlfaPeople wanted to revamp its operations through centralizing & unifying support procedures, development, customization, release Management and more, a transition was planned of over 3 months to take over 80 percent of all support of Alfapeoples clients worldwide. Starting from learning their ways, the senior team at Kalpavruksha handpicked their teams in clocking a record ramp-up time of just 1.5 months for 11 Senior CRM resources. This was achieved by leveraging technologies that include MS Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, SCRIBE, SSRS Reports, SharePoint amongst others.

-Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Services
Kalpavruksh is deeply entrenched into the ISV (software product development). Its services are perfectly aligned for ISVs so that an ISV chief or operations executive can accelerate through various lifecycle stages. ISVs, for instance, could focus on building software for retailers, real estate companies, franchises, stock trading companies and others. Almost every industry vertical finds itself working with software that is probably created by an ISV if not produced in-house. "For ISVs, it's like any other business. Theres a process, and there's a need for new clients. When the new clients do come in, there's an entire aspect of putting talented developers at work to get software developed. At Kalpavruksh, we know the kind of issues ISVs face, first hand. We've been through the motion. In all these years of working with ISVs to pump up the operations, speed, turnaround time, and quality of software development, our experience aided by the support of our very talented developers and senior leaders our experience is positioned to provide services to ISVs," assures Martin.
