Previously, Alpine had been using B-Square’s Intact ERP to improve data consolidation and inter-departmental transparency. However, with growing business complexities, the company transitioned to the more robust Pothera ERP, a cloud-based solution equipped with advanced capabilities. The upgraded system addresses several operational challenges Alpine faced, such as tracking inventory across states, managing centralized procurement, and navigating the complexities of tax and profitability analysis across varied product lines.
With the integration of specialized modules for Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Finance, Alpine has gained a centralized platform that enables better decision-making and efficient resource management.
