Infosys Join Hands With TK Elevator

Infosys announces a seven year old global strategic collaboration with TK Elevator, in order to extend the modernization of the German elevator maker’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure in Europe and Africa.

According to reports, as part of the deal, Infosys will consolidate the global service desk and workplace operations.

Infosys offers Artificial Intelligence-powered IT helpdesk services, digital workplace management, as well as network services, powered by its Cobalt suite, according to reports.

Through the collaboration, aims to boost cyber security and enhance the digital experience for TK Elevator’s end users, by leveraging its deep domain expertise and IT infrastructure modernization capabilities.

The collaboration, while improving availability of IT infrastructure, will reduce overall IT operational costs.
