Infosys NSE 0.67 % has won a long term contract from ArcelorMittal for digital transformation of the European operations of the world's largest steel maker. Infosys will deal application management and business process management (BPM) services to ArcelorMittal. The deal worth was not disclosed.
Infosys will also establish a Business Process Management (BPM) service in ArcelorMittal Europe’s Business Center of Excellence (BCoE) shared services center. The collaboration will further strengthen Infosys’ presence in Europe and will enable Infosys to maximise synergies across the ArcelorMittal Group worldwide, it stated in a statement.

European companies have stepped up outsourcing to Indian firms such as Infosys, TCS and Wipro as they look to cut costs and improve efficiency, while enabling their organization’s to shift to digital.
