Prestigious Study Based on Retailer Satisfaction Cites NetSuite as a Leader in ROI, Total Cost of Operations and Retailer Recommendations

SAN MATEO, Calif.—January 7, 2015—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), the industry's leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP and omnichannel commerce software suites, today announced that its retail customers have voted NetSuite's cloud-based retail solution to the 2014 RIS Software LeaderBoard, a prestigious annual guide to the best retail technology vendors. The LeaderBoard, produced by RIS News, listed NetSuite in the mid-size retail categories for Return on Investment, Total Cost of Operations and Recommendations by Retailers.

The RIS Software LeaderBoard, now in its 14th year, is the only retail/technology industry study based principally on customer satisfaction evaluations among retailers. According to RIS News, 869 retailers participated in this year's survey and rankings were determined by combining retailer satisfaction scores with information available on vendor websites. The annual LeaderBoard is one of the retail industry's most highly valued reports and is used by retailers throughout the year to help guide their search as they look for new or alternative retail solutions.
